I’m not really a night person. I spend so much time running around during the day that by the time the evening comes, all I want to do is pour a glass of wine and put my feet up. But our last night in New York simply couldn’t be wasted. We walked down to the Brooklyn waterfront and sipped champagne on the boardwalk as the sun set. The stunning night time views of Brooklyn Bridge were their own reward, but the champagne certainly didn’t hurt, either. These are the last of our city photos from our NYC trip, sadly – I’m not quite ready to finish reliving out time in the city. But the wonderful thing about New York is that it isn’t going anywhere, which means we can visit again soon!
Je ne suis pas trop genre soir. La plupart de mes jours sont tellement chargés que lorsque la soirée arrive enfin, je n’ai envie que de me reposer sur mon canapé avec un gros verre de vin. Peu importe la fatigue, il ne faut jamais gaspiller une soirée à New York. Nous avons passé notre dernière soirée en ville sur la quai de Brooklyn, où nous avons bu de la champagne pendant le coucher du soleil. Et qu’est-ce que la vue était belle. Normalement, ceci est mon avant dernier article avec des photos qui datent de notre séjour a NYC –bien que je ne suis pas encore prête à terminer mes remémorations, il ne me reste presque plus de photos. Mais la bonne nouvelle, c’est que New York sera toujours là, et donc nous pouvons y retourner très vite !
