Maybe it’s the chill in the air – or the relentless rain could have something to do with it. Either way, I found myself lamenting, “All I want to wear are jeans and sweaters,” last week. But some days, it’s really worth fighting the urge to curl up in comfortable clothes. Some days are truly worth celebrating, sequins, oversized skirt and all, and today is one of them. Why? The answer is simple: last night, we booked our next set of flights to Paris! We don’t leave until early March, but believe me, the countdown to the big day has already begun.

Il se peut que ce soit la fraicheur de l’air – ou bien la pluie incessante qui nous inonde. Peu importe, la semaine passée l’idée m’est venue à l’esprit que je ne veux mettre que mes pulls et mes jeans. Mais parfois, il vaut la peine de résister à la forte envie du confort. Certains joursméritent de la célébration, avec des paillettes et des grosses jupes et tout, et aujourd’hui surtout l mérite. Pour quoi ? C’est simple: hier, nous avons réservé nos billets d’avion pour notre prochain séjour à Paris ! Ce ne sera qu’au mois de mars, mais j’ai déjà hâte.
